Revive Profile: Alison

Hi, I’m Alison. I’m married to Maurice and we have 2 children, Jaz and Ollie who all share my love of being involved in youth work. I run a weekly youth club for teenagers and enjoy spending time helping out in several other youth activities. I work for the NHS where I have worked since the age of 19. I’m also studying for an MSc in Leadership and Management at the University of Southampton.

My family and friends tease me for my lack of common sense and inability to do practical tasks, but hey, that’s fine with me because I prefer to spend my time dreaming and planning. Even though I’m often accused of ‘living on a different planet’ I’m surprisingly good at taking responsibility and managing to get done what needs to be done.

In my spare time I like to read, learn, sit in the garden, eat sweats and socialise and I hate wasting time.
